The sector for the organization of research activities of gifted students has developed an indicator for the identification of talented students studying at the branch from the initial course. According to the results of the qualifying, a total of 28 students were enrolled in the 3rd year, of which 16 students were included in the list of gifted students in the Faculty of “Applied Mathematics”, 12 in the Faculty of “Psychology”. In the 2nd courses, a total of 83 students: of which 40 students are enrolled in the Faculty of “Applied Mathematics”, and 43 students in the Faculty of “psychology” as gifted students.

Each department is attended by active students who have established the activities of clubs.

Talented students are attached to the qualified professors and teachers of the branch in order to improve the effectiveness of the work carried out at the branch with talented students and to prepare talented young people who develop the scientific and creative potential of the Republic and to assist the high talent in this regard to demonstrate their abilities in the relevant fields of knowledge and

A 1-year “targeted training program” has been developed with the cooperation of the attached scientific leader to work on talented students and determine their specific goals, and the submission of a report on the end of the year has been established.

In order to improve the knowledge and skills of talented students, web programming and young programmer circles were organized at the branch, and branch students were involved in it.

In March of this year, the domestic Olympics "followers of Al-Kharazmi" and "young programmers-contest" were held for talented students. Systematic work is carried out to ensure the continued participation of talented students in international conferences and seminars. In addition, the achievements of talented students are constantly covered on TV channels.

To this time, more than 120 scientific articles and theses of talented students of the branch have been published in international and periodical journals, national conferences and conferences.

Talented students of the branch at the same time receive good results in many competitions from which, on March 9, 2024, at the expense of January, February and March, the ceremony of awarding the winners of the “student of the year-2023” and the “reform connoisseur” broadband Republican scientific and educational competition was held at the palace of culture of the National Research University “Tashkent Institute of irrigation and agricultural mechanization engineers”. In it, a student of the 4th year of the Faculty of Psychology of the Jizzakh branch of the National University of Uzbekistan Murotjanova Mubina Dilshad’s daughter “student of the year-2023” on the nomination "the most knowledgeable student of the year in his specialty" 2nd place.

In addition, according to the decision of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan “on awarding the State Prize named after Zulfiya”: a student of the 3rd stage of the Faculty of Psychology of the Jizzakh branch of the National University of Uzbekistan Khojibakieva Niginakhan was awarded the State prize named after her son Zulfiya.

A calendar plan has been developed for the Department for the organization of research activities of gifted students, which provides for the holding of many competitions and is held throughout the year. Up to this time, such as TechnoWays technological development marathon, my startat project incubation program, Top innovator, Ideaton – Uzbekistan 2030, first step to women's business, examination competitions have been organized and worthy ones have been awarded.

At the branch, a system of” youth academy leaders " was established, in which youth academy leaders were elected from among the students for branches and faculties, and together with their work plans and the Department for the organization of research activities of gifted students, they fulfill their duties.
